For travel advisors and host agencies

The deadlines you are carrying in your head.

Sample data, not a real agency's figures.

Every row on that list is somebody's trip.

A deposit is a family's September in Amalfi. An unpaid commission is a cruise that has already sailed. The date, the booking and the household stay together, so every reminder arrives with its trip attached.

An agency's whole back office, not a calendar with opinions.

The app does each thing below today. This page shows no roadmap.

The dates that bite, before they bite

Deposits, final payments, expiring passports and travel credits all age against today. They sit on the dashboard and go out as a morning digest from the same query, so the email and the screen never disagree.

Commission you can actually chase

You record what a booking should earn on the booking itself. Age it, work a chase list, and keep each outcome against its booking.

A supplier credentials vault

We encrypt booking logins at rest and reveal them one at a time, and we log each reveal against the person who asked for it.

A portal your households will use

Households see their trips and invoices under your agency's name, with a code you issue and can rotate or switch off.

Mail that files itself

Connect a mailbox and we file a supplier confirmation against the booking, the supplier and the trip it belongs to.

Splits, payouts and the year-end

Split rules run per advisor as commission lands. Advisors read their own payout statements, and you get a year-end tax report with the totals done.

Households and travelers, once

Passports, loyalty numbers and companions on the record they belong to, with a duplicate finder for the family that booked twice under two spellings.

One booking, from taken to paid.

Five places where a booking tends to slip. You don't have to remember any of them.

The Okonkwo household, Kenya in July: one booking, followed through all five.

  1. Quoted

    Record the booking

Supplier, confirmation number, what the household pays and what you expect to earn.

  2. Deposit due

    Let the dates age

We track the deposit and final payment dates and show you each one before it is late.

  3. In the portal

    The household follows along

Their trip and their invoices in the portal, without an email asking you for them.

  4. Aged 45 days

    Invoice and chase

You age the commission, chase it, and keep each chase's outcome on the booking.

  5. Paid out

    Pay, split, report

Apply splits, issue payout statements, and find the year-end totals done.

AI in one place. Off until you switch it on.

Nothing here writes your emails, drafts your itineraries, or decides anything about a traveler. One feature uses a model, reading the documents you hand it, and an agency that never switches it on never sends it anything.

Off by default

The one place: reading the documents you hand it

Commission statements and booking confirmations turn up as PDFs, spreadsheets and scans. Parsing reads one and produces a draft (references, names, dates, amounts), so nobody re-keys the figures by hand. It does nothing else.

Document parsing

Off until you switch it on. While it is off, nothing leaves this agency: there is no upload form and no forwarding address, and if a document arrives anyway, we refuse it and don't keep it.

Agency settings, the real control as it ships. Every agency starts here.
  • Off until an agency admin switches it on. While it is off you get no upload control and no forwarding address anywhere, households' portals included. If a document arrives anyway, we refuse it and keep nothing.
  • Only the document goes. We send nothing else: no household list, no trip history, no connected mailbox. A document goes only when somebody sends it, never on a schedule or in a mailbox sweep.
  • A person accepts every result. Parsing produces a draft on a review screen. Nothing becomes a booking, a commission line or a payment until somebody checks it.
  • A card number we can read stops it. A document's text is read for card numbers when it arrives, and the answer is read again; one found at either point is refused outright, not imported and not kept. A card in a photograph leaves no text to find, and we record that the file was not checked rather than calling it clean.

The full account is in the AI disclosure: what we send, what comes back, and the undertaking we asked an outside vendor for in writing and could not get. It is dated, it keeps its previous versions, and we changed it on the day parsing went live.

What no model does here

These absences are deliberate, and you can check each one by using the product.

  • No assistant, no chatbot, no prompt box, anywhere.
  • Nothing writes for you. No drafted email, no generated itinerary, no summarized thread.
  • No model reads your households, trips, bookings, notes or a connected mailbox.
  • Nothing scores, ranks or profiles a person, and no decision about a traveler is automatic.

Automated, but not AI

People now use “automated” and “AI” as the same word. These features are ordinary code: the same input gives the same answer each time, and the rules are readable.

Matching a statement line to a booking.
Confirmation number first, then names with case and punctuation stripped, then how close the amount is. Each suggestion shows its reasons and waits for you to accept it.
Refusing card numbers in notes and outgoing mail.
A digit pattern, an issuer prefix, and the Luhn checksum.
Deadline digests and reminders.
A schedule, and a comparison of dates.

Book a demo

The ones worth asking first.

Who owns the data, and can we get it out?

You do, and yes. Use the accounting export for the ledger and the CSV downloads for the reports. We hold nothing in a format only we can read.

Is there AI in this, and can we turn it off?

One feature uses it: reading the documents you hand it, so nobody re-keys statements and confirmations. It stays off until one of your admins switches it on. While it is off we send nothing of yours, and you won't find an upload control or a forwarding address. Nothing else in the product uses a model: no assistant, no generated text, no automatic decision about a traveler. The AI disclosure sets out what we send, what comes back, and the undertaking we asked an outside vendor for and could not get.

What does connecting a mailbox actually read?

A screen shows you, for each mailbox, what we sync, what we file against which record, and how long we keep messages. You can read it before you connect the mailbox and any time after.

Can a household see anything that isn't theirs?

Each portal shows one household, and they reach it with a code you issue. You can rotate the code, email it, or switch the portal off for that household.

A household asks to be deleted. What happens to the ledger?

We scrub their personal details and keep the financial record. Erasing a commission you were paid would leave a hole in your books, so the row stays without the person in it.

Can we move over from what we use now?

You import households from CSV and past payouts alongside them, then use the duplicate finder to clean up what two systems disagreed about. We cover migration in the demo, so it won't surprise you later.

Is two-factor available?

Yes. Anyone can use time-based codes, with recovery codes as a backup. An agency can also require it of its admins, who then stay at enrollment until they set it up.

A look at it with your own numbers in front of you.

Half an hour, screen shared, no deck. Bring a live booking and a commission you are still chasing and we will put both through it.
